Please take notice that the Town of South Bristol Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the following applications:

2020-0029 for property owned by Richard H. Glazer located at 5691 Applewood Drive, Tax Map #168.20-1-5.000. The applicant/property owner is looking to add a boat station to the existing dock for a total dock size of 658 square foot.

Amended 2020-0010 for property owned by Andrew McNabb and Marie McNabb located at 5697 Applewood Drive, Tax Map #168.20-1-9.000. The applicant/property owners are looking for site plan approval to demolish the existing residence and rebuild new single family residence and septic system.

Said hearing will take place on the 20th day of January, 2021 beginning at approximately 7:00 pm at the South Bristol Town Hall, 6500 West Gannett Hill Road, Naples, NY 14512.
